摘要 目的了解中医专业本科生对《中医诊断学》的教学要求及学习过程中存在的问题,为今后改进教学、促进师生互动、提高教学质量提供参考依据。方法对刚修完《中医诊断学》课程的中医和中西医结合专业大学二年级本科生开展网络问卷调查,内容涉及教师的教学方法、实训课、教材内容及学生对本课程的需求等。结果共调查267名学生,对课程喜欢度:67%的学生喜欢本课程、31%的学生一般喜欢、2%的学生不喜欢;对各种教学方法喜欢度:81.27%的学生喜欢病例分析、77.90%的学生喜欢临床实践、49.81%的学生喜欢启发式教学、44.57%的学生喜欢例题讲解、22.47%的学生喜欢问答式教学、18.73%的学生喜欢传统的教学方式;对教材满意度:80.52%的学生对教材满意、19.48%的学生不满意;教材内容缺陷方面:强烈希望教材里添加彩色图片、增加病案分析、课后习题、内容尽量精简。结论传统的课堂教授已经不能作为《中医诊断学》主要教学方式,《中医诊断学》教学方法应该以病例分析、临床实践、启发式教学、例题讲解为主,传统教学方法为辅;《中医诊断学》教材内容需要进行优化整合,并添加彩色图片、增加病案分析、课后习题等内容。 Objective To understand the teaching requirements and the problems existing in the learning process of Diagnostics of TCM, for the future to improve teaching, promote the interaction between teachers and students, improve the quality of teaching to provide a reference. Methods A web based questionnaire survey was carried out for the second year undergraduate students of TCM and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the Diagnostics of TCM, and content involves teachers teaching methods,training courses, teaching materials and the needs of the students on this course. Results A total of 267 students were investigated,degree of love for the course: 67% of the students liked the course, 31% of students generally enjoyed the course, and 2% of students did not like this course. For a variety of teaching methods like degrees: 81.27% of the students liked the case analysis, 77.90% of the students liked to clinical practice, 49.81% of the students liked to heuristic teaching, 44.57% of the students liked example explanation, 22.47% of the students liked question-and-answer teaching, and 18.73% of the students liked traditional way of teaching. For teaching materials satisfaction degrees: 80.52% of students satisfied with the teaching material, and 19.48% of the students were not satisfied with the teaching material. For the content of the teaching material defects: A strong desire to add color pictures in textbooks, increasing medical record analysis, increase after-school exercise, content as concise as possible. Conclusion The traditional classroom teaching can no longer be as a main teaching diagnostics of TCM, diagnostics of TCM teaching method should use case analysis, Diagnostics of TCM teaching method should be based on case analysis, clinical practice, heuristic teaching, examples, explain the main and traditional teaching method. The diagnostics of TCM textbook content need to optimize the integration, and adds color pictures, increases medical record analysis and the content of the homeworks, etc.
