摘要
测绘房屋面积是房产测绘中的一个重要组成部分,为避免矛盾和纠纷的产生,房屋测绘必须要保证质量。要想提高房屋面积测绘的质量,相关部门要认识到当前房屋测绘中出现的问题,并采取有效措施提高房屋测绘质量。通过分析房屋面积测绘中存在的问题,提出提高测绘面积质量的措施。
Surveying and mapping of housing area is an important part of real estate surveying and mapping. In order to avoid contradictions and disputes,house mapping must ensure quality. To improve the quality of housing surveying and mapping,the relevant departments should recognize the current problems and take effective measures to improve its quality. By analyzing the problems in the survey of housing area,the measures to improve the quality of surveying and mapping area are put forward.
