摘要 结合薄膜太阳能电池结构特点以及其半导体导电特性,根据电阻公式对无光照下太阳能电池电阻特性的研究,通过调整电极宽度范围,实现对电阻的测量计算得出最值,预判断出太阳能电池板性能好坏,避免太阳能光伏电池投入使用后产生问题。 Based on the structure characteristics of thin film solar cell and its semiconductor properties,the resistance characteristics of solar cells under non illumination are studied according to the formula of resistance.By adjusting the range of electrode width,to achieve the most value of the measurement of the resistance,prejudge the performance of solar panels,to avoid the problem of solar cells put into use.
