摘要
依据《国家学生体质健康标准》对篮球专项班256名大学生进行体质测试和技术评价,为弱势指标者设计针对性的运动处方进行教学实验表明,实验组学生各项体质指标成绩、篮球技能成绩均优于实验前及对照组。基于体育专项教学,融合个性化运动处方的实施更有利于提高大学生的体质健康水平和体育专项技能。
By means of the physical fitness test and the technical evaluation of 256 college students in class of basketball specialty and the teaching experiment of the targeted exercise prescription designed for weak indicators in accordance with The National Student Physical Health Standard, findings show that after the experiment of exercise- prescription teaching the scores of various physical fitness indicators and basketball skills of the experiment-group students are better than those of the students before the experiment and the control group. Based on the sports-special- ty teaching, the implementation of the integrated and personalized exercise prescription is more advantageous to the enhancement of the level of college students' physical health and the skills of their sports specialty.
