安徽高职学生对塑料食品包装材料的认知和使用情况 被引量:2

Cognition and usage on plastic food packaging materials of vocational students in Anhui

摘要 目的了解高职学生对塑料食品包装的认知和使用情况,为更有效地普及塑料食品包装的相关知识,指导合理并正确使用塑料食品包装提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取安徽省4所高职院校在校大一大二学生,共3 450人,用自编一般情况、塑料食品包装认知情况及使用频率调查表对其进行调查。结果学生对食品包装知识认知的平均成绩为(6.99±3.28)分,不同性别和不同专业间的得分差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),不同年级间的得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。塑料食品包装的使用频率与认知情况得分呈负相关。结论认知情况得分越高,使用塑料食品包装的频率越低。因此应有针对性地普及塑料食品包装方面的知识,从而使高职学生更加合理和正确的使用塑料食品包装。 [Objective] To understand the cognition and usage on plastic food packaging materials of vocational students,and provide basis for efficiently popularizing knowledge and instructing correctly and reasonably about the usage of plastic food packaging.[Methods]A total of 3 450 freshmen and sophomores from four vocational colleges in Anhui were selected by stratified sampling method and surveyed by self-made questionnaire about general situation,cognition and usage frequency questionnaire of plastic food packaging.[Results]The average score of plastic food packaging cognition among students were(6.99±3.28) points,and the differences of scores in different genders and majors were statistically significant(all P 〈0.05),while the difference in different grades was not statistically significant(P〉0.05). The usage frequency of plastic food packaging had a negative correlation with the scores of cognition.[Conclusion]The higher the scores of cognition are,the lower the usage frequencies of plastic food packaging are. As a result,knowledge about plastic food packaging should be accordingly popularized to make the vocational students using plastic food packaging correctly and reasonabl.
