摘要
砖坯烧制过程中 ,氟逸出的初始温度约为 6 0 0℃ ,大部分氟在约 80 0℃至砖坯发生明显烧结的温度内逸出 ,以 Ca O含量高的粘土原料制砖 ,氟逸出量相对较少。在此基础上 ,提出在制砖原料中添加适量钙基废渣抑制氟的逸出 ,并进行了详细的实验室和工业性试验 ;结果表明 ,在适宜添加量下 ,存氟率由约 2 5 %增至 70 %以上 ,且不影响砖制品质量。
During the firing of brick making clay,the fluorine expulsion begins at approx.600℃,and the main portion occurs in the range of approx.800℃ up to the pronounced sintering of the clay.The fluorine expulsion rates are lower with the lime rich raw materials.Control of fluoride emission by additives of calcium based wastes to the clay was put forward.The industrial test results indicated that the fluorine remained increased from approx.25% to more than 70% at the optimum addition and there was no adverse effect on brick product,which made it possible for brick kiln to achieve non polluting production.
