摘要
目的:了解医护人员心理资本与婚姻满意度的关系。方法:采用心理资本量表和婚姻满意度量表对279名医护人员进行调查。结果:相关分析结果显示,心理资本与婚姻满意度呈显著正相关(r=0.127,P<0.05),婚姻满意度与心理资本4个维度中的自我效能、希望、乐观3个维度呈显著正相关(r=0.199,P<0.01;r=0.152,P<0.05;r=0.165,P<0.01),与韧性维度呈显著负相关(r=-0.169,P<0.01);回归分析结果显示,韧性、自我效能、乐观3个维度对婚姻满意度都有预测作用(P<0.01)。结论:心理资本与婚姻满意度呈正相关,其中自我效能、乐观对婚姻满意度有正向预测作用,韧性对婚姻满意度有负向预测作用。
Objective：To explore the relationship between psychological capital and marital satisfaction among med- ical staff.Methods： 279 medical staff completed psychological capital scale and marital satisfaction scale.Results：Psy- chological capital and marital satisfaction were significantly positively correlated（r = 0.127, P〈0.05）.Self-efficacy, hope, optimism had significant positive correlations with marital satisfaction（r = 0.199,0.152,0.165 ; P〈0.05 ）, and marital satisfaction had a significant negative correlation with resilience（r =-0.169, P （0.01）;regression analysis showed that resilience,self--efficacy,optimism as three dimensions of psychological capital had predictive effect on marital satisfaction（P〈0.01）.Conclusion=Psychological capital is positively correlated with marital satisfaction; self --efficacy and optimism dimensions of psychological capital have positive prediction effect on marital satisfaction, while resilience has a negative prediction effect on marital satisfaction.
