摘要 目的研究茅苍术种子的萌发特性,为制定茅苍术种子检验规程和质量标准及规范化栽培提供参考。方法研究茅苍术种子对萌发温度及光照条件的响应,以发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和平均萌发时间为考查指标,对不同的萌发条件进行评价,以确定种子萌发的温度范围、最适温度及光照条件等。结果光照对茅苍术种子萌发无显著性影响;茅苍术种子萌发的温度范围为15~30℃,最适萌发温度为20℃。20℃时萌发率、发芽势和发芽指数分别为84%、78%和18.23。初次计数时间为发芽后第5天,末次计数时间为发芽后第8天。结论茅苍术种子萌发温度范围广泛,可在安徽、江苏、湖北、河南、河北、山东、山西等广泛地区种植。茅苍术种子萌发的最适条件是20℃光照或黑暗条件下滤纸上培养8 d,此方法可作为茅苍术种子检验规程和质量标准中发芽率的标准检验方法。 Objective Studying on the germination characteristics of the Atractylodes lancea seeds,to provide reference for the formulating seed test criteria and seed quality standardization and standardization cultivating of Atractylodes lancea seeds.Method Investigating the responses of the A tractylodes lancea seed's germination to the different temperature and light conditions.To determine the suitable temperature ranges,the optimal temperature and light condition,different germination conditions were evaluated by using germination rate,germination potential,germination index and mean germination time as indicators.Results There were no significant differences in germination between light and dark conditions.Atractylodes lancea seeds can germinate well at 15 ~ 30°C,and the optimal temperature is 20°C.The germination indicators reached maximal value at20°C,germination rate,germination potential and germination index were 84%,78%and 18.23,respectively.The initial count of gernination rate is on the fifth day after gemination and the final count is on the eighth day after gemination.Conclusion Atractylodes lancea seed has wide seed germinating temperature range,and can be cultivated in wide areas of China,such as Anhui,Jiangsu,Hubei,Henan,Hebei,Shandong,Shanxi.The optimal germination condition is at 20°C on the filter paper under light or dark.This method can be used as the standard test method of germination in seed test criteria and seed quality standardization of the A tractylodes lancea seeds.
