摘要 目的探讨PDCA循环管理在预防老年性骨质疏松患者骨折中的护理应用效果。方法将208例老年性骨质疏松患者随机分为对照组108例和观察组100例,对照组给予常规指导,观察组采用PDCA循环管理法进行干预护理。干预周期六个月,比较两组患者不良事件跌倒次数、骨折人次以及健康知识普及率和护理满意度。结果干预周期结束后:观察组跌倒人数比12.00%(12/100)低于对照组24.07%(26/108);观察组骨折人数比5.00%(5/100)低于对照组12.96%(14/108);观察组健康知识普及率68.00%(68/100)优于对照组33.33%(36/108);观察组满意度调查结果满意者占88.00%(88/100),对照组为72.22%(78/108);以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环管理能显著降低老年性骨质疏松患者跌倒和骨折不良事件发生率,显著提高患者及家属骨折预防健康知识普及率,提高护理满意度。 Objective To explore the PDCA cycle management in the prevention of fracture in elderly patients with osteoporosis. Methods 208 patients with senile osteoporosis fracture were randomly divided into control group of 108 cases and observation group of 100 cases,control group given routine guidance,observation group adopt PDCA circulation management intervention nursing. To compare two groups of patients with adverse events fall,fracture number people and health literacy and nursing satisfaction. Results After the end of the intervention cycle : fall people was 12.00%(12/100) in observation group,was obviously lower than the control group of 24.07%(26/108). The number of fractures in observation group was 5.00%(5/100),significantly lower than the control group of 12.96%(14/108). The health knowledge penetration rate in observation group was 68.00%(68/100),significantly better than the control group of 33.33%(36/108). satisfaction survey accounted for 88.00% in observation group(88/100),the control group was 72.22%(78/108). The above differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion PDCA cycle management can significantly reduce the fall in the patients with senile osteoporosis fracture and fracture incidence of adverse events,and improve the patient and family about fracture prevention health literacy,improve nursing satisfaction.
