摘要 临床护理教学是护生将基本护理理论与临床护理实践紧密结合的关键环节,是使护生获得专业护士所必需具备的专业技能、态度和行为的重要途径。儿科因其专业特点,教学质量难以保证,本科通过对教学管理体系,师资选拔,质量控制等方面进行改革探索,通过规范教学流程,增强教学的系统性,持续改进教学质量,在确保教学安全的同时为临床培养出合格的实习护生。 Clinical nursing teaching is a key link of nursing students' basic nursing theory and clinical nursing practice. It is an important way to obtain the professional skills,attitude and behavior of nursing students. Pediatric due to the characteristics of the professional,teaching quality is difficult to guarantee,in ensuring security teaching at the same time for clinical training qualified nursing students in our department through of teaching management system,selection of teachers,quality control,such as reform,standardize the teaching process,enhanced the system of teaching,continues to improve the teaching quality.
