摘要
对一模多孔挤压模深入研究和开发,提出了一种针对半空心型材一模双孔保护式挤压模结构。通过常见的实际例子,详细描述了这种结构有关参数的选择与优化方法,主要包括模孔的布置、分流孔的设计、模芯的结构、下模焊合室和工作带的选择。介绍了模具强度的校核方法。结果表明,这种新的一模双孔挤压模结构是有效的,可以提高生产效率、降低成本。
After researching and developing the technology of extrusion die with multicavities in a die,a new structure named protection type with twin cavities in a die for the semi-hollow AI profiles was present. Through a common actual example, the selection and the optimization of structure parameters were described in detail, including the layout of die holes, the design of the portholes, the structure of the cores, the chambers and the selection of bearing belt etc. The method of checking the die strength was introduced. It was shown that the structure with twin cavities for semi-hollow profiles is effective, which can greatly improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost.
