摘要
在对现有评价方法研究的基础上提出了一种应用于食品机械设计方案评价的改进模糊层次分析方法,该方法结合食品机械的特点构建了影响方案评价的指标体系,针对体系特点确立了指标权重的分配方法,在评价过程中引入了方差对权值的波动性进行检验,降低了评价过程的主观性影响,较传统模糊层次分析方法更加科学、可靠。将该方法应用于实验室研发的油辣椒自动灌装机设计方案评价中,实践证明该方法评价结果符合客观事实,具有较高的实用性。
It presents an Improved Fuzzy AHP that can be used in food machinery program evaluation on the basis of the existing research on evaluation methods. This method combines the characteristics of food machinery, constructs program evaluation index system for influence according to the characteristics of the system,and establishes weight distribution methods. And the introduction of the variance of the fluctuations in the value of the right to test reduces the impact of subjectivity in the evaluation process. So compared with traditional fuzzy analytic hierarchy process this method is more scientific and reliable. This method is used to make chili oil laboratory developed automatic filling machine design program evaluation, and the results of which proved that the method is consistent with the objective world, and it is of high availability
