美洲大蠊对德国小蠊取食饵料摄食行为的研究

摘要 目的研究美洲大蠊对德国小蠊取食饵料的摄食行为,从食源方面探讨美洲大蠊被德国小蠊逐步取代的原因。方法单纯摄食法和Y型嗅觉仪试验法。结果单纯摄食试验第2~12天,美洲大蠊偏好德国小蠊取食过的饵料,其摄食量是新鲜饵料的1.84倍(P<0.001);试验第14~30天,对德国小蠊取食过和未取食过的饵料摄食量无明显差异(P>0.05)。Y型嗅觉仪试验结果显示美洲大蠊对德国小蠊取食过饵料与未取食过饵料选择性无统计学意义。结论美洲大蠊对德国小蠊取食过的饵料具有一定的取食偏好。 Objective To understand the preference of Periplaneta americana to Blattella germanica used food. Methods Feeding amount and Y-tube olfactometer experiments. Results 2 - 12 d for feeding amount experiment, Periplaneta americana prefered Blattella germanica used food to fresh mouse food, the amount reached 1.84 times more (P 〈 0. 001 ) ; while 14 - 30 d, feeding amount of two foods were similar ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The result of Y - tube olfactometer experiment indicated little difference in selection of Periplaneta americana on Blattella germanica used food and normal food. Condusion Periplaneta americana showed some preference to Blattella germardca used food.
