摘要
设计合成了一种基于萘酰亚胺为发光团的Zn^(2+)荧光探针。相对于其他常见金属离子,该探针对Zn^(2+)具有较好的选择性。探针对Zn^(2+)的识别机理为Zn^(2+)的加入导致C=N异构化受阻,荧光增强。探针对Zn^(2+)的线性检出范围为0.3~2.0μmol/L,检出限为0.15μmol/L。
In this study,an aphthalimide fluorescent probe for selectively detecting Zn-(2+) was designed.Compared to other metal ions,our proposed probe showed high selectivity to Zn-(2+).The off-on enhancement of fluorescent of probe was due to the rotation restriction of C=N bonds in naphthalimide caused complexed with Zn-(2+).The linear range of probe to Zn-(2+) was 0.3-2.0μmol/L with a detection limit of 0.15 μmol/L.
