摘要
通过植物样方调查、样坑开挖、根群调查、地境剖面调查结合室内分析对植物地境调查方法进行了研究。结果表明:(1)植物根的分布统计分析可以比较精确且直观地找到各生活型植物的地境层片深度范围,地境剖面的调查与室内分析可以得出地境垂向不同层位理化特征;(2)将根群分布特征、地境结构特征与植物样方调查相结合可以阐明植物长势与地境的关系,并解释物种多样性和构建群落结构与地境的联系;(3)不同物种根群深度存在差异且层次规律凸显,根群层片与地境层片结构具有很好的相关性。
On the basis of quadrat investigation,sample pit excavation,root mass investigation,belowground habitat profile survey and combined with laboratory analysis,the investigation approaches of plant below-ground habitat were studied. The results showed that:( 1) The distribution statistical analysis of plant root can be precise and intutuve to find every life-form plant boundary layer of belowground habitat depth,through below-ground habitat profile survey and laboratory analysis,land vertical different physical and chemical characteristics were obtained.( 2) Combining the root of the synusia features,the structure of the below-ground habitat and the investigation of plant quadrat can clarify the ecology relations of plant growth and plant below-ground habitat,to explain species diversity and build the community structure links with the below-ground habitat.( 3) The depth of root mass of different species is different,and the hierarchy law is obvious,the synusia of root mass and the layer of belowground habitat has a very good correlation.
