基于STC89C52的投入式液位监测系统设计

摘要 为了减轻远距离液位采集布线及液位信息管理的单一模式的困扰,提出一种新的液位检测系统的设计。该系统以STC89C52为核心控制器,采用安装方便且稳定性高的投入式液位传感器件获取液位信息,并通过GPRS模块内集成的TCP/IP协议将液位数据发送至上位机。上位机集成数据接收后台服务器及前端液位信息管理服务。经实验表明,本系统可以很好地实现液位的远程检测及管理,液位检测精度高。 The traditional liquid level detection system has been plagued by remote acquisition wiring and incommodity management mode. In this paper, we propose a new design of liquid level detection system. This system uses STC89C52 as the core controller. Pressure type liquid level sensors as the core device can obtain the information of liquid level steadily. The information of level data is sent to the host computer through TCP/IP protocol by GPRS module. The host computer includes the data receiving server and the liquid level information management service. The experiment shows that this system can realize the remote detection and management of the liquid level. Precision of the liquid level detection is higher than traditional device.
