高等教育与社会的关系“规律”:适应与博弈 被引量:7

On the Law of the Relation between Higher Education and the Society:Adaptation and Gaming

摘要 高等教育与社会之间的关系,一些是物质性的,另一些则可以还原为人与人之间的关系。高等教育与社会的关系"规律",有描述性的,也有规范性的,后者作为实现特定目的的条件的"规律"更具实践价值。高等教育与社会发展相适应是行动规范,它基于描述性规律,但单从描述性规律无法推导出行动规范。高等教育要遵循物质性关系规律,而在其与社会关系中可还原为人与人关系的部分,在涉及有限参与者的情况下,博弈论可用来进行更准确描述和分析。使用博弈论描述和分析高等教育与社会的关系,可以为高等教育相对独立提供理论基础,为按教育规律办教育提供空间和动力机制;在对高等学校与政府博弈分析中,可以更清楚地看到广泛的社会参与对高等教育健康发展的重要性。 As to the relation between higher education and the society, some relation is material, while others could be returned to the original relation among people. As to the law of the relation between higher education and the society, some laws are descriptive, while others are prescriptive, especially the latter serving as conditions for realizing intended pur- poses with more practical value. The adaptation of higher education to the society develop- ment is the code of conducts, which is based on descriptive laws; but the code of conducts couldn't be solely deduced from descriptive laws. Higher education should follow the law of material relation, while the gaming theory is able to describe and analyze the part which could be returned to the original relation among people with limited participants involved. To describe and analyze the relation between higher education and the society using the gaming theory provides the theoretical foundation enabling higher education relative independent to the society, which is beneficial to present space and motivation mechanism for developing ed- Ucation according to education laws, and manifests the importance of social involvements to the healthy development of higher education more clearly in the gaming analysis on tertiary institutions and governments.
