摘要
为保证126 kV单断口真空断路器挂网运行和操作过电压测试的安全,进行了断路器的操作过电压仿真计算和过电压保护研究。首先,确定断路器运行方式和建模数据;然后,EMTP建模仿真计算切合变压器和空载线路的操作过电压,并与变压器操作过电压的实际测试结果对比分析;最后,根据仿真计算提出过电压保护方案。结果表明,126 kV真空断路器的操作过电压较高,切空载变压器的过电压值低,不需要采取过电压保护措施,切负载变压器的过电压程度较高,应采取过电压保护措施,与现场测试结果一致;空载线路中由于110 kV母线安装有避雷器保护,过电压损坏架空线路程度低;金属氧化物避雷器可有效限制126 kV真空断路器的操作过电压。
Research on overvohage simulation and protection of the 126 kV single-break vacuum circuit breaker is conducted to ensure safe operation of the 126 kV vacuum circuit breakers in power network and overvohage test security. First, the operation mode of the circuit breaker and the simulation data are determine. Then, a model is established based on the software EMTP to simulate the overvoltage on the main transformer and no-load power line in switching of the vacuum circuit breaker, and the simulated overvohage on transformer is compared with the measured one. At last, according to the simulation results, an overvoltage protection scheme is proposed. Simulation results show that: 1 )the switching overvoltage of the 126 kV vacuum circuit breaker is high, while the overvoltage due to switching the transformer without load is low, so overvohage protection is unnecessary, but because the overvoltage in switching the transformer with load is high, overvoltage protection is necessary, which is consistent with the field test situation; 2)for no-load line, since the 110 kV bus is equipped with arrester protection, the damage degree of overhead line due to overvoltage is low; and 3)MOA arrester is effective in suppressing the switching overvoltage of the 126 kV vacuum circuit breaker.
