摘要
结合两项综合管廊工程实例,在综合管廊敷设有热力管道条件下,对设计阶段遇到的问题进行探讨。对于这两项综合管廊工程,热力管道与通信电缆、中水管道、给水管道同舱布置,电力电缆为独立舱室布置,由于热力管道的技术要求高于其他管线,因此综合管廊的设计应满足热力管道的技术要求。在综合管廊弧形布置、设置倒虹段时,热力管道宜采取自然补偿方式。保温管及其管件的性能应符合相关标准规范要求,补偿器宜采用套筒补偿器,应设置温度、压力等运行参数的监测装置,关断阀门宜选用具备本地与远程操作功能的电动蝶阀。
Combined with the two utility tunnel projects, the problems encountered in the design phase are discussed under the condition of installing heating pipeline in the utility tunnel. For the two utility tunnel projects, heating pipeline, communication cables, reclaimed water pipeline, water supply pipeline are installed in the same compartment, and the power cables are installed in an independent compartment. Because the technical requirement of heating pipeline is higher than that of other pipelines, so the design of utility tunnel should meet the technical requirement of heating pipeline. When the arc is arranged and the inverted siphon is arranged in the utility tunnel, the natural compensation method should be adopted by heating pipeline. The performance of thermal insulation pipe and fittings should comply with the relevant standard requirements, the compensator should adopt sleeve compensator, the monitoring devices of the temperature and pressure parameters should be set, and the electric butterfly valves with local and remote operation should be used.
