摘要
板条激光器初始光束为矩形光束,光束的发散角与半径在相互垂直方向上相差很大。因此,光束整形系统是板条激光器能够实际应用的关键技术之一。以2kW射频板条CO_2激光器为基础,针对双柱面镜整形系统与带空间滤波器整形系统,应用特征向量法与柯林斯公式进行了仿真分析。给出了光束通过这两种整形系统后光强的分布与光束半径的变化。结果表明,板条激光器的矩形光束经过这两种整形系统后都能转变为近似圆形分布,两个方向上的半径差值小。但光束通过双柱面镜整形系统后非稳方向光束质量没有得到改善,聚焦后存在旁瓣,能量占比约为9%。带空间滤波器整形系统则能够将旁瓣完全滤除,提升了光束质量。
The beam shaping system is one of the key technologies for practical applications of slab lasers, as the initial beam of the slab lasers is a rectangular beam, and the divergence angle and the radius of the beam in two perpendicular directions are differing greatly. Numerical simulations for the initial beam through the double cylindrical mirrors shaping system and the shaping system with the space filter are carried out by using the eigenvector method and the Collins formula based on the 2 kW RF slab CO2 laser. The changes of intensity distribution and radius of the initial beam through the two kinds of shaping systems are given. The rectangular beam of a slab laser can be transformed into a nearly circular distribution after the two shaping systems, and the difference of the radius in the two directions is small. However, the quality of the beam in the unstable is not improved after the double cylindrical mirror system. The side lobes of the shaped beam is still existing, and the energy of side lobes is about 9%. Otherwise, the sidelobe is able to filter out completely and the beam quality is improved with the spatial filter shaping system.
