摘要
目的通过与传统方法比较,评价自制尖齿钩钢板治疗撕脱性骨折的效果。方法回顾分析47例撕脱性骨折切开复位内固定患者资料,将自制尖齿钩钢板固定17例设为试验组,传统方法内固定30例设为对照组。比较手术时间、术中出血、骨折愈合时间、并发症和患肢功能恢复情况。结果所有患者获12~24个月(平均18.1个月)随访。两组的手术时间、术中出血比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组并发症少于对照组,两组并发症和愈合时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组优良率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自制尖齿钩钢板治疗撕脱性骨折具有简便、适应证广泛、固定可靠、效果满意等优点。
Objective To compare the effectiveness of self-made sharp teeth hook plate with the traditional method for treatment of avulsion fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in 47 cases with avulsion fractures treated with open reduction and internal fixation. The 17 cases using self-made sharp teeth hook plate were enrolled into test group, and the 30 cases treated with traditional methods into control group. The operation time, intraoperative bleeding, time of fracture healing, complications and limb function recovery were compared. Results All were followed up for 12-24 months with the mean of 18.1 months. The operation time and intraoperative bleeding were not significantly different between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. The complications in the test group were fewer than those in the control group, the differences in the complications and healing time of fractures were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The excellent and good rate in the test group was higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions The self-made sharp teeth hook plate for treatment of avulsion fractures has the advantages of simplicity, wide indications, reliable fixation and satisfied effectiveness.
