摘要
目的研究壮药龙脷叶Sauropus rostratus Miq.的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、聚酰胺、MCI、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从龙脷叶中分离鉴定12个化合物,分别为正三十烷醇(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、(Z)-10-Eicosenoic acid(3)、1,3-十四烷酸甘油二酯(4)、亚油酸(5)、硫代乙酸酐(6)、胡萝卜苷(7)、月桂酸(8)、3-羟基-2-羟甲基-吡喃-4-酮(9)、β-谷甾醇油酸酯(10)、3-乙酰氧基咖啡酸(11),异槲皮苷(12)。结论化合物1、3、5、6、9、10、11、12均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Zhuang medicine Sauropus rostratu. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel,polyamide,MCI and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Twelve compounds were separated and identified as triacontanol( 1),β-sitosterol( 2),( Z)-10-Eicosenoic acid( 3),1,3-Dimyristin( 4),linoleic acid( 5),thioacetic anhydride( 6),daucosterol( 7),lauric acid( 8),3-hydorxy-2-hydorxymethly-pyran-4-one( 9),Stigmast-5-en-3-ol,oleate( 10),3-acetylcaffeic acid( 11),isoquercitrin( 12). Conclusion Compounds 1,3,5,6,9,10,11,12 are obtained from this herbal for the first time.
