光纤预制棒精密延伸数控机床控制系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对现有光纤预制棒玻璃车床右端卡盘运行速度不稳定、定位不精确等问题,设计了一种能够在PLC控制系统上实现的基于规则修改的自适应模糊控制器。该控制器以修正因子为寻优参数,性能指标为目标函数,自寻优过程根据目标函数不断推算出新的修正因子,逐渐逼近最小目标函数值,达到了自寻优调整模糊控制规则、改善系统品质的目的。仿真结果表明,与常规PID和模糊PID相比,基于规则修改的自适应模糊控制算法具有响应速度更快、超调量更小、更稳定、抗干扰能力更强等优点。在研制出的机床样机上进行预制棒延伸实验,结果表明,该数控机床加工精度高,且预制棒延伸后直径波动可以很好的控制在0.5 mm以内。 To solve the problems of unstable speed and inaccurate positioning of right end chuck of optical fiber preform glass lathe,the self-tuning fuzzy controller based on rules change was designed in PLC control system. This controller designed modifying factor as optimal parameter,performance indicator as objective function,the new modifying factor can be calculated according to objective function during the self-optimizing process,which approached the minimum objective function value,and reached the purpose of self-adjusting fuzzy control rules and improving the system quality. The simulation results revealed that self-adjustment fuzzy control algorithm has the advantages like faster response speed,smaller overshoot volume,more stable speed and stronger anti-interference ability,compared with conventional PID and fuzzy PID. Through experiment of extending the preform carried out on the machine tool prototype,the results demonstrated that the CNC machine has high accuracy and the diameter fluctuation of extended optical fiber preform is less than 0. 5mm.
