摘要
以NF209圆柱滚子轴承为对象,建立轴承的有限元动力学分析模型,研究不同刚体简化方法对模型计算精度及计算时间的影响规律。研究结果表明:将滚柱简化为刚体对有限元模型的计算精度有较大影响;将内圈、外圈以及保持架分别简化为刚体对模型的计算精度影响并不是很大;将滚柱简化为刚体对于减少有限元模型的计算时间效果最好,保持架及外圈效果次之,内圈效果最差。研究结论可以为选用有限元轴承模型的简化方案提供参考。
The finite element dynamic analysis model of NF209 cylindrical roller bearing was established. Further, the influence of different simplification methods on calculation accuracy and calculation time was stud- ied. The results show that modeling the rollers as rigid bodies has a great impact on calculation precision while setting the inner ring, outer ring or cage as a rigid body has less influence on the calculation preci- sion. Computation time has the greatest reduction if rollers are treated as rigid bodies, followed by the cage, outer ring and inner ring. The research results can provide a reference for the simplification of the finite element models of bearings.
