摘要
目的探讨PBL教学模式在骨科临床教学中的应用。方法将100名住院医师培训人员分为传统组与PBL组,分别行传统教学和PBL教学,对比其效果。结果传统组理论知识与临床技能操作考试成绩为(51±11)分、(21±2)分,PBL组为(63±7)分、(27±2)分;传统组的自身综合能力评价为(12±2)分,PBL组为(18±2)分,PBL组高于传统组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学模式在骨科住院医师规培临床教学中的应用效果显著。
Objective To explore the application of PBL teaching mode in clinical teaching in department of orthopedics. Methods 100 cases of residents were randomly divided into the traditional group and the PBL group, the traditional teaching and PBL teaching were compared. Results the traditional group theoretical knowledge and clinical skills examination(51±11) points,(21±2) points, PBL group(63±7) points,(27±2) points; evaluation of their comprehensive ability of traditional group is(12±2) points, PBL group(18±2) points; PBL group was higher than that of the traditional group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application effect of PBL teaching mode in clinical teaching of resident doctors in Department of orthopedics.
