摘要
目的探讨多媒体技术在泌尿外科教学中的应用。方法选择我校2014级60名临床医学专业本科生作为研究对象,所有学生在泌尿外科教学中接受多媒体技术介入教学方式授课(试验组,n=60),并与2013级接受传统教学法教学的情况进行对比(对照组,n=59),观察两组学生在课后表现、期末考试成绩及教学认可度等方面的差异。结果接受多媒体技术介入教学的学生课后成绩、期末考试成绩均优于传统教学法,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2013级学生教学满意度为74.58%,采用多媒体技术介入教学的学生教学满意度为86.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在泌尿外科教学中采用多媒体技术有利于提高学生对理论知识的理解和认识,且学生积极性提高。
Objective To explore the application value of multimedia technology in endourology teaching. Methods 60 clinical medical undergraduates of grade 2014 in our school were selected as research group and taken multimedia technology in endourology teaching（test group, n=60）. Clinical medical undergraduates of grade 2013 in our school were selected as control group and adopted traditional teaching mode（control group, n=59）. The score on the final exam, approval degree and students＇ performance in class and after class between the two groups were compared. Results The score on the final exam, approval degree and students＇ performance in class and after class in research group were obviously superior to control group. The differences were statistically significant different（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction degree of teaching quality in controlgroup was 74.58% and that in research group was 86.67%. The differences in satisfaction degree of teaching quality were significant between control group and research group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Taken multimedia technology in endourology teaching can improve the understanding and awareness of theoretical knowledge. And it can arise the enthusiasm of students.
