摘要
目的:观察集束化护理对重症患者大便失禁皮肤干预的效果,为临床护理工作提供依据。方法:选取大便失禁患者120例为研究对象,其中对照组60例,观察组60例。观察组采取集束化护理干预措施,对照组采取常规护理干预措施,观察两组患者的肛周皮肤反应情况,记录患者的日常护理时间,比较患者的护理费用。结果:两组患者接受护理后,肛周皮肤反应情况比较,观察组中正常皮肤比例多于对照组(χ~2=9.755,P<0.05);观察组患者的护理时间为(2.46±1.36)h,短于对照组的(6.49±2.17)h(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理费用为(22.68±2.94)元,少于对照组的(59.61±10.73)元(P<0.05)。结论:针对大便失禁重症患者的皮肤干预护理,使用集束化护理措施,护理方式更为规范,能够有效降低患者皮炎发生率,改善患者生活质量。
Objective： To observe the effect of cluster nursing intervention on the skin of the patients with severe fecal incontinence, providing the basis for clinical nursing. Methods ：120 cases of fecal incontinence were chosen and divided into the observation group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group. The observation group was treated by cluster nursing intervention while the control group was treated by the routine nursing intervention, with the crissum skin reaction of the two groups observed, the daily nursing time of patients recorded and the nursing expenses compared. Results： As for the crissum skin reaction the proportion of normal skin in the observation group is higher than that in the control group （ χ2 = 9. 755, P 〈 0.05 ） ; the nursing time in the observation group （ 2.46 ± 1.36） h was shorter than that of the control group （6.49 ± 2.17） h （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the nursing expense in the observation group （22.68± 2.94） yuan was less than that of the the control group （59.61 ± 10.73 ） yuan （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： the cluster nursing is more standardized in terms of nursing intervention for the skin of patients with fecal inconti- nence, which can effectively reduce the incidence of dermatitis and improve the life quality of patients.
