摘要
目的:探讨规范化管理糖尿病护理小组对提高专科护理质量的意义。方法:对2014年1月至2016年4月在我院治疗的130例糖尿病患者随机分组,实验组患者应用规范化管理糖尿病护理小组护理,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察比较两组患者护理效果、患者满意度、知识得分差异。结果:实验组患者的护理效果明显提高,患者满意度和知识得分显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对糖尿病患者采用规范化管理糖尿病护理小组可提高护理效果,促进患者恢复,提高患者满意度,提高患者知识知晓率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To explore the significance of standardized management of diabetes care group to improve the quality of nursing.Methods：One hundred and thirty patients with diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from January 2014 to April2016were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the experimental group were treated with standardized management of diabetes care group,the control group was given routine nursing,the two groups were observed and compared,Patient satisfaction,knowledge score differences.Results：The nursing effect of the patients in the experimental group was significantly improved,and the patients＇ satisfaction and knowledge scores were significantly improved（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Standardized management of diabetes care group for diabetic patients can improve the nursing effect,promote the recovery of patients,improve patient satisfaction,improve the knowledge of patients with knowledge,clinical application is worthy of promotion.
