摘要
晚年的唐君毅在其"感通形上学"的背景下,对中国哲学心性论题的各方面进行了论证。首先,在知识论上,他论证认知即感知,揭示认知为"心性之用";其次,在道德时间上,他论证道德意识的形上由感知与感受、感应两者结合而成,从而揭示道德意识为"心性之相";最后,在形上境界上,他论证儒家的天德流行境是感通的集中体现,是"心性之体"。据此,唐君毅对心性的论题作出了系统全面的界说。
Through his "Gantong metaphysis", TANG Junyi argues the issues of mind - and - heart in Chi- nese philosophy in his later years. Firstly, in the field of epistemology, TANG proves that true knowing process should be a knowing process with gantong ( literally "feeling" and "unrestrictedness" ), which is a characteristic of the mind - and - heart; secondly, in the field of moral practice, TANG confirms that moral consciousness derives from a combination of knowing - with - gantong and feeing - with - gantong, therefore moral consciousness is a direct manifestation of the mind - and - heart ; thirdly, in the field of metaphysis, TANG interprets that the "world of the outflowing of the heavenly virtues", which is deeply related to gan- tong, in Confucian metaphysical thought, is the ultimate characteristic of the mind - and - heart. Through the above arguments, TANG Junyi comprehensively and systematically defines the issue of the mind - and - heart.
