摘要
高职教育改革的动力与发展动向是政校企合作办学理念,这也是培养出优秀合格的技能人才关键所在。积极探讨政校企合作办学的机制,落实各方在合作中的责任义务,创建合作办学、共同进步的发展理念,使学校更好地服务于当地经济发展状况。制定一套行之有效的人才培养方案,是学校开展任何教学活动与从事管理工作的首要任务。
The power and the development trend of higher vocational education reform is a school＇s philosophy of government-nniversity- enterprise cooperation in running schools which is also a key to cultivating outstanding qualified technical talents. These measure taken to make the school better serve the local economic development is like the following： to actively explore the mechanism of cooperation in running schools, to specify obligations of the three parties in the cooperation, to create the development philosophy of cooperation in running schools and making progress together. Enacting of a set of effective personnel cultivating program is top priority for a school to carry out any teaching activities and to engage in teachign managerial work.
