摘要
提升育人能力是辅导员队伍建设的关键,也是高等学校提升育人能力与人才培养质量的重要途径。高等学校应在新的历史时期,加强高等学校辅导员队伍建设与提升育人能力,提高辅导员综合素质,营造提升育人能力环境,构建提升育人能力理论与实践育人能力相结合的途径、办法和基本措施。
Promoting the ability in cultivating people is the key to the construction of instructor team and it is also the important approach for colleges to promote the ability in cultivating people as well as the quality of personnel training. In the new historical period, what the institutions of higher learning should do is to strengthen the construction of instructor team and promote cultivating ability, to promote instructors＇ comprehensive quality, to create educational environment for training talents, to construct the ways, methods and basic measures from which theories and practices in improving cultivating capacity will be combined in a better way.
