摘要
使用origin程序分析典型晶体结构参数对一维双原子链色散关系的影响.结果表明,随原子间距的增大简约布里渊区宽度减小,频率禁带和频谱宽度不变,格波波速增大;色散关系不但取决于双原子链中大小原子的质量比,而且与原子的绝对质量密切相关;随恢复力系数的增大晶格振动频率增高、频率禁带和频谱范围变宽,格波波速增大.
In this paper, the effect of typical crystal structure parameters on the dispersion relation of one - dimensional diatomic chains is analyzed by using the origin program. The results show that the width of the reduced Brillouin zone decreases, the frequency forbidden band and the spectrum width are unchanged and the lattice wave velocity increases with the increase of atom spacing. The dispersion relation depends not only on the mass ratio of the atoms in the diatomic chain, but also on the absolute mass of the atom. With the increase of the restoring force coefficient, the lattice vibration frequency increases, the frequency forbidden band and the spectrum range become wider and the lattice wave velocity increases.
