摘要
对某型号轨道工程车辆牵引座的结构和工作原理进行介绍,并对牵引座在工作过程中不同工况下的载荷大小进行分析计算。利用Pro/E三维软件建立牵引座模型,利用Pro/E和Workbench软件的无缝接口,将牵引座模型导入Workbench进行有限元分析,得到轨道工程车辆牵引座在不同工况下的应力和应变,根据有限元分析结果可以找出牵引座在工作过程中的危险位置,为牵引座的结构改进和优化提供一定的依据和参考。
The paper introduces the structure and operating principles of the traction seat of a particular model of vehicles for railway engineering,and the load of the traction seat under different working conditions is analyzed and calculated in the paper. A model for the traction seat is established using Pro / E three-dimensional software,and based on the seamless interface of Pro / E and Workbench software,a model for the traction seat is put into Workbench for finite element analysis,from which the stress and strain of traction seats of vehicles for railway engineering under different working conditions are obtained. Results of finite element analysis can help find dangerous positions of the traction seat during operation,which provides a certain basis and reference for improving and optimizing the structure of traction seats.
