摘要
分析九香虫(Aspongopus chinensis)挥发物的化学组成及各组分的相对含量,可为九香虫的开发利用提供科学依据。采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)法提取采自遵义正安九香虫的挥发物,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对该挥发物进行分析鉴定,并采用面积归一法确定其各成分的相对含量。结果表明,九香虫挥发物共含有29种成分,其中醛类8种、烷类4种、酸类4种、烯酸类2种、酯类2种、醇类1种及胺类、呋喃类、吡唑类、吡啶类等化合物成分;而相对含量较高的是十三烷、十二烷、3-己烯酸和反-2-己烯醛,分别占总量的92.297%、2.712%、2.262%和0.564%。九香虫挥发物主要由烷类物质所构成。
The chemical composition and content of each component of volatile substances in Aspongopus chinensis Dallas was analyzed to provide scientific basis for its exploitation and utilization.Volatile substances of Aspongopus chinensis from Zheng′an were obtained by headspace solid-phase micro-extraction,and then analyzed and identified by GC-MS,to determine the contents of volatile components with area normalization method.The results showed Aspongopus chinensis was composed of 29 volatile components,in which there were eight kinds of aldehyde,four kinds of alkanes,four kinds of acid,two kids of gadoleic acid,two kinds of esters,one kind of alcohol,and amines,furan,pyrazole,pyridine and some other compounds,the content of tridecane,dodecane,3-hexenoic acid and(E)-2-hexanal was relatively high,and accounted for 92.297%,2.712%,2.262% and 0.564% of the total respectively.The volatile substances of Aspongopus chinensis were mainly constituted of alkanes materials.
