摘要
目的研究肺气肿呼吸衰竭者应用多索茶碱和呼吸功能锻炼联合治疗对临床疗效、肺功能及血液相关指标的影响。方法分析2014年6月—2016年6月本院收集肺气肿呼吸衰竭80例患者临床资料,依据临床治疗时所选用的不同方案分成3组,将应用单纯多索茶碱治疗20例设为药物组,将单纯应用呼吸功能锻炼治疗30例患者设为训练组,将应用多索茶碱和呼吸功能锻炼联合治疗30例设为联合组,对比3组临床疗效、肺功能及血液相关指标。结果联合组呼吸频率、心率、肺动脉压、肺功能水平改善效果、血液相关指标水平均优于药物组和训练组(P<0.01)。结论肺气肿呼吸衰竭者应用多索茶碱和呼吸功能锻炼联合治疗效果满意,能够稳定患者呼吸频率、心率、肺动脉压,促进肺功能、血液指标改善,具较高临床应用价值。
Objective To study the effect of combined therapy of doxofylline and respiratory function training on clinical efficacy, pulmonary function and blood related indexes of patients with respiratory failure induced by pulmonary emphysema. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with respiratory failure induced by emphysema were collected in our hospital between June 2014 and June 2016. These patients were divided into three groups based on the different treatment options. A total of 20 cases in medication group were only treated with doxofylline, 30 patients in the training group were given respiratory function training only, and another 30 in the combination group were given doxofylline combined with respiratory function training. The clinical efficacy, pulmonary function and blood related indexes in the three groups were compared. Results The respiratory rate, heart rate and pulmonary artery pressure in the combination group were better than that of the medication group and the training group (P 〈 0.01 ). The improvement of pulmonary function in the combination group was better than the other two groups, and blood related indexes were also higher than the other two groups (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Doxofylline combined with respiratory function training has satisfactory curative effect for patients with respiratory failure induced by emphysema, which can stabilize the respiratory rate, heart rate and pulmonary artery pressure, and improve the blood indexes of lung function. Therefore, it is of high value in application.
