摘要
在我国"新丝绸之路经济带"战略中,中亚铁路通道的战略地位日益凸显。通过对中亚铁路通道运输现状进行综合分析,针对中亚铁路通道存在的问题,提出加快铁路基础设施建设、提高铁路服务质量的中亚铁路通道发展对策。最后,结合利用中亚铁路通道实施我国"新丝绸之路经济带"战略,提出我国参与中亚铁路通道发展的对策建议,即积极推进中亚铁路基础设施建设、加强与中亚国家互联互通技术标准规范研究、加强通道利益与我国利益的协调。
In the ＂New Silk Road Economic Belt＂ initiative, the strategic position of ChinaAsia railway corridor becomes increasingly prominent. Through comprehensive analysis on transport status of the corridor, targeting with the problems existing in the corridor, this paper puts forward the development countermeasures of the corridor, such as accelerating railway infrastructure construction and increasing railway service quality. In the end, through implementing the ＂New Silk Road Economic Belt＂ initiative in China combining with use of China-Asia railway corridor, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for China to participate in the development of the corridor, such as actively promoting China-Asia railway infrastructure construction, strengthening the study on interoperability technical standards with countries in Central Asia and enhancing the benefit coordination between the corridor and China.
