螺杆泵井动液面的电功率计深方法研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 为提高螺杆泵井动液面计深的准确率,及时准确获取动液面资料,研究了电功率的动液面计深方法。通过测试不同运行参数下的电功率,可反映并推算出螺杆泵光杆扭矩变化,再推算举升压差,进而求得动液面深度。将计算得到的液面深度与回声仪测试结果对比,发现两者差值较小,可以满足动液面测试的要求。通过将两个测试结果进行相互验证,可以更容易发现测试异常问题井。该研究为螺杆泵井液面计深提供了技术支持。 In order to improve the accuracy of the dynamic liquid level depth measurement of the screw pump well and obtain the accurate data of the dynamic liquid level in time, a method of measuring the dynamic liquid level depth of screw pump well by electric power was proposed. By testing the electric power under different operating parameters, the torque of the rod of the screw pump can he calculated, then the lifting pressure difference can be calculated, and finally the dynamic liquid level depth can be calculated. The liquid level depth calculated by this method is compared with that measured by the echo tester, and it is found that the difference between them is small, which can meet the requirements of dynamic liquid level test. Through the mutual verification of two results, it is easier to find abnormal wells.
