摘要
采用正交试验方法,选取颗粒阻尼铣刀主要填充参数(颗粒填充率、颗粒密度、颗粒直径)作为试验因素,以加工后工件表面粗糙度作为铣刀切削性能影响因素的评价指标,设计L9(34)正交试验表得到9组方案。运用极差分析方法确定影响铣刀切削性能的主要因素和次要因素,找到试验因素对铣刀切削性能的影响规律,最终得出最优方案组合,并用方差分析方法对其进行验证。
The orthogonal test method was introduced. Particle damping milling cutter main filling parameters( filling ratio,density and dimension of particles) were chosen to be the experiment factors. The surface roughness of machined workpieces were evaluated as an indicator to determine the test factors affecting the cutting properties of particle damping milling cutter. So 9 sets of programs with 9 types of particle damping milling cutters were designed according to L9(34) orthogonal test table. Range analysis was conducted to determine the main and primary factors which had an influence on cutting performances of particle damping milling cutter,find the effects of the experiment factors on cutting properties of particle damping milling cutter and an optimization scheme for further design was obtained which was verified through variance analysis.
