摘要
振动时效技术以低能耗、低成本、高效率、高环保等优点,已成为降低构件残余应力的标准工艺。介绍了振动时效技术降低残余应力的宏观及微观机理;针对基于振动时效原理衍生了频谱谐波时效技术,高频微观激振时效技术和超声振动时效技术,分析了各自的技术特点和国内外研究现状;介绍了无损检测方法在振动时效效果评估的技术特点和应用;总结振动时效技术的发展概况,提出今后的发展趋势和研究方向。
Vibration stress relief (VSR) technology has become the standard technology to reduce the residual stress of the components, which shows the advantages of low energy consumption, low cost, high efficiency and so on. In this paper, the macro and micro mechanisms of vibration stress relief technology are introduced. Review and technical features of harmonic frequency spectrum VSR, high frequency VSR and ultrasonic VSR are presented. Evaluation of the effect of VSR via nondestructive method is introduced. The development of VSR is summarized, and the future devel- opment trend and research direction are put forward.
