摘要
根据当前企业的管理体制,分析了备件管理模型,自主创建一种基于CWIL的备件分类方法,同时结合ABC VED对物料进行分类,建立备件库存模型;并使用EOQ模型建立备件采购模型;最终实现通过科学的备件库存和采购模型的建立,既确保备件库存更合理有效,又降低备件采购成本,保证设备正常运行的目的。
In this paper, in view of the administrative system of the company under study, we analyzed its spare parts management model, formulated independently a spare parts classification system based on CWIL, built the spare parts inventory model based on ABC-VED and at the end established the spare parts purchasing EOQ model which could both lower the purchasing cost of the spare parts and ensure the normal running of the equipment.
