摘要
围绕学校中心工作建设名师工作室,采取"内引外联"等措施推进名师工作室建设。以名师为引领,以校企合作、校际合作为路径,以教师和学生大赛为载体,以课题研究为手段,以课程改革为抓手,实现工作室成员在现有基础上的提升,方能促进从教育、教学等方面完成从教师到名师的转变。
Measures have been taken to construct the teacher studio and improve the quality of all the members：leading by the famous teachers,strengthening cooperation with enterprise and other schools,undertaking competitions of teachers and students, doing project research,and taking the curriculum reform as the starting point. Thus,the improvement of teachers could be boosted in the aspects of education and teaching.
