摘要
"电商"一词也就是对电子商务的简称。本文通过资料法研究了职校校企合作模式及其现状,电商人才的就业特点及其现状,通过比较其中存在的问题,提出构建校企合作的新模式,从而为高职院校培养人才和为企业输送人才提出了相关改进措施,同时也更好地促进高职电商专业学生的就业工作。
the word ＂electronic business＂ is the abbreviation of electronic commerce. The vocational school enterprise cooperation mode and the status quo of the research through the data analysis, the employment characteristics and status quo of the electricity supplier personnel, through the comparison of the existing problems, put forward to build a new model of cooperation, so as to cultivate talents and put forward relevant improvement measures for enterprises to train talents for higher vocational colleges, but also in order to better promote the higher vocational professional business employment.
