摘要
作为全球石化行业首套工业示范运行机组,以某炼化公司芳烃联合装置低温余热回收装置在运的有机朗肯循环(ORC)发电机组为例,介绍了低温余热发电系统热媒水及工质循环流程,并对机组进行运行评价,总结了机组运行过程中工艺和设备方面存在的问题。如在热水发电系统工艺方面,存在热水流程旁路阀控制方式设计不合理、机组控制权限没有集中到DCS系统、发电负荷受环境温度影响等问题;在设备方面,存在设备维护保养操作性差、KE710发电机制造时存在故障、螺杆膨胀机的机组振动大、机组运行噪声大等问题。提出了相应的解决方案,以有利于ORC机组的后续运行优化,提高了ORC机组的运行可靠性、可维护性及可操作性。通过对比分析相同热源条件下的机组标定数据和运行数据发现,随着换热器和冷凝器的结垢以及螺杆膨胀机的磨损,运行负荷仍然比标定负荷要低。
Based upon a case study of an operating low-temperature waste heat recovery unit for an aromatic complex which is the first ORC power generation train in global petrochemical industry,the process flow of hot water and medium recycle of the low-temperature heat power generation system are introduced,the operation of the train is evaluated and the main problems in the process and equipment in the operation are summarized. In respect of process,the process control of flow of by-pass hot water is not properly designed,the control of power generation train is not integrated into the DCS system,and operating capacity of the train is affected by ambient temperature. In respect of equipment,the maintenance of equipment is poor,the power generator KE710 had defects in manufacturing,and the vibration of screw expander and the noise of operating train are high. It is recommended to optimize the operation of ORC power generation train and improve its reliability,maintainability and operability. The calibration tests under the same heat source conditions show that,with the fouling of heat exchangers and condensers and abrasion of screw expander,the operation capacity is lower than that of calibration test.
