多种标准制约下的住宅侧窗采光研究

摘要 目前,我国住宅建筑设计实践中,对住宅外立面开窗尺度的把握是设计人员依据自己的经验或通常做法确定,并未经过准确的采光、节能计算,使国内部分住宅项目竣工使用后其采光与节能收益并未完全达到理想预期。文章通过确定住宅建筑所在光气候区类别,结合现行设计规范、采光标准及节能标准的相关规定,设定一些基本条件,借助相应的计算公式,进行深入计算分析,编制出较适用的速查表格。相较传统经验做法,在住宅设计方案阶段设计人员在已经定户型的层高、开间及面积等数据的基础上直接通过查阅表格来确定侧窗尺寸,从而简化了采光设计,使设计人员劳动效率显著提高,且使住宅获得了更好的采光与节能效果,提升了住宅品质。 At present, the designers often according to their own experience or the usual practice to determine the size of residential facade window in the practice of residential building design in our country.These dimensions have not been lighting and energy efficiency calculation accurately.Which makes the lighting and energy saving benefits not achieve the desired expectations after the completion of the domestic part of the residential project.Through residential building where the light climate zone categories, we mixed the relevant design provisions, lighting standards and energy saving standards.What' s more, with corresponding calculation formula, we set some basic conditions, and carry on in-depth analysis and calculation to program a more appropriate info table.CoMPared to the traditional experience and practice, the designers have been determined the size fo the side window directly in the residential design phase, by viewing the tables based on the indentified storey apartment, bay, area, etc., which simplifies lighting design, raises the designers labor efficiency and obtains a better lighting and energy saving effect, as well as improves the quality of residence.
