摘要
目的:了解静脉血标本放置时间及储存温度对主要检测结果的影响。方法:本院住院患儿EDTA-K2抗凝静脉血标本77例,其中20例放25℃室温,20例放4℃冰箱,17例放10℃坏境,20例放37℃水浴箱,每个标本于2 h、4 h、6 h、8h、24 h、48 h、72 h用Sysmex-XE2100全自动血液分析仪进行检测仔细记录不同时段测定结果并进行统计学分析。结果:室温条件下,仅血小板平均体积在6 h检测结果变化有显著性差异(P<0.05),白细胞计数于24 h、红细胞计数于24 h、血小板计数于24 h、红细胞压积于48 h开始有显著性差异(P<0.05),血小板平均体积和血小板分布宽度的测定结果最不稳定。4℃条件下标本可稳定更长时间,10℃条件下相对稳定,37℃水浴箱各个项目都不稳定。结论:血细胞计数应在6 h内尽快完成,如不能及时送检或检测,应该保存在4℃条件下。
Objective: To investigate the effect of sample storage time and temperature on results of automatic blood sample analysis. Methods: 77 cases blood samples with EDTA-K2 anticoagulant venous in our hospital,including 20 cases of 25 ℃ at room temperature,20 cases of 4 ℃ refrigerator,17 cases 10 ℃ environment,20 cases of 37 ℃ water bath box,each specimen use SysmexXE2100 automatic blood analyzer to detect carefully recorded results and statistical analysis at 2 h,4 h,6 h,8 h,24 h,48 h,72 h. Results: When whole blood specimens were stored at normal room temperature only MPV had significant difference( P〈0. 05) at 6 h.White blood cell count in 24 h,the red blood cell count in 24 h,the platelet count in 24 h,the red blood cells deposited in 48 h began to have significant difference( P〈0. 05),the determination results of mean platelet volume and platelet distribution width of the most unstable,when blood specimens were stored at 4 ℃,the objectives may be stable for a longer time,at 10 ℃,the specimen was relatively stable; and under 37 ℃ every project was not stable. Conclusion: Blood routine analysis should be completed with in 6 h.,if not,it should be stored at 4 ℃ condition.
