摘要
针对4M20(Y1)天然气压缩机一级活塞杆断裂问题,进行了断口的宏观和微观形貌分析,材料的硬度和化学成分试验以及力学分析;通过有限元方法对活塞杆进行了强度校核和模态分析。结果表明,活塞杆的断裂非静力或共振破坏导致的,而交变应力和腐蚀环境共同作用下的腐蚀疲劳是活塞杆断裂失效的主要原因,为类似活塞杆断裂事故分析提供了参考。
The failure analysis of piston rod for 4M20(Y1) natural gas compressor was done by means of macroscopic and microscopic fracture analysis,hardness testing,chemical composition analysis,and the mechanical analysis. Through the finite element calculation,the strength check and the modal analysis of the piston rod were carried out. Results show that the failure of piston rod is not caused by static or resonance,but the fatigue corrosion under the action of alternating stress and corrosion environment is the main reason. References to similarity piston rod fracture are also given.
