摘要
对国内首台应用于有色金属行业钛板带工业化生产炉卷热轧机进行了介绍,并且对该机组的工艺技术特点、设备配置特点、典型技术参数、关键部件等进行了分析。分析结果表明,利用炉卷轧机生产钛板带材具有易于在线控温且投资及生产成本低等显著特点。
This paper introduces the first domestic titanium plate and strip hot steckel mill which applies in the non-ferrous metal industry, and analyzes the technological characteristics, equipment configuration features, typical technical parameters and key parts of the unit. The results show that the titanium plate and strip produced by the hot steckel mill has the advantages of easy online temperature control, low investment and low production cost.
