摘要
针对中国铁道科学研究院的1:1高速轮轨关系试验台,利用Simpack软件建立了高速轮轨关系试验台仿真模型。为了验证仿真模型的可靠性,选取试验台的蠕滑试验及模拟轮对曲线运行试验,对仿真模型进行验证。结果表明,基于蠕滑试验的仿真模型验证,其最大值误差小于15%,基于模拟轮对曲线运行试验的仿真模型验证,轮轨垂向及横向力的变化趋势较为一致。
Aiming at 1:1high-speed wheel/rail relationship test rig of China Academy of Railway Sciences,this paper establishes its simulation model by Simpack software.In order to verify the reliability of the model,the longitudinal creep test and analog line-running test are chosen to verify the simulation model.The results show that the maximum error is less than 15% by longitudinal creep test,and the change trend of wheel/rail vertical and lateral force is consistent by analog line-running test.
