摘要
通过控制板厚、钉数量等参数,对8面剪力墙的抗剪性能进行试验研究,分析这些参数对夹心剪力墙抗剪强度、弹性抗侧刚度、极限位移、耗能能力的影响,并且设置2面标准剪力墙的对照试验。试验结果显示,板厚度的改变,对提高抗剪强度和其它各项参数的影响不明显。双排钉夹心剪力墙承载能力仅比单排钉夹心剪力墙提高约30%。由于双排钉夹心剪力墙的破坏模式为OSB板破坏,从而导致双排钉夹心剪力墙中钉节点的承载能力没有得到充分利用。夹心剪力墙的抗剪性能相比于标准剪力墙有非常明显的提高。
This paper studied the performance of 8 midply shear walls with different panel thickness and row of fasteners. Parameters such as lateral load capacity, stiffness, ultimate displacement and energy dissipation were calculated and analyzed. This paper also set up 2 standard shear walls for controlling test. The results show that the change of panel thickness does not have a great influence on the shear strength and other parameters. The shear strength of midply shear wall with double rows of nails is only one-third greater than that of midply shear wall with single row of nails. This is because the lateral capacity of midply shear wall with double rows of nails is governed by OSB panel facture, not the nail joint capacity. The performance of the midply shear walls is much better than the performance of the standard shear walls.
