摘要
目的观察多囊卵巢综合征应用二甲双胍联合达英-35治疗的临床疗效。方法选择2014年1月~2016年1月来我院治疗的80例PCOS患者,采取随机数字表法随机分为观察组(二甲双胍联合达英-35)和对照组(达英-35),每组各40例,比较两组治疗后的临床疗效,并对比分析两组患者治疗前后性激素水平的变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组明显好转24例、好转12例,无效4例,对照组明显好转16例、好转12例,无效12例,观察组的总有效率与对照组的总有效率分别为90.0%、70.0%,两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的各项性激素水平比较,差异不显著,治疗后,观察组的血清LH、FSH、T及LH/FSH及FINS水平较治疗前及对照组显著降低(P<0.05),而E_2水平较治疗前及对照组明显升高,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后观察组促排卵率达75.0%(30/40),对照组的促排卵率达50.0%(20/40),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多囊卵巢综合征应用二甲双胍联合达英-35治疗可以提高临床疗效,改善性激素水平,促进排卵率和妊娠率,值得推广和应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of metformin combined with diane-35 in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients with PCOS who were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were included.They were randomly divided into the observation group（metformin combined with diane-35） and the control group（Diane-35） according to the random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups after treatment,and the changes in sex hormone levels before and after the treatment were compared and analyzed in the two groups of patients.Results After the treatment,there were 24 cases who improved significantly,12 cases who improved,and 4 cases who were ineffective in the observation group.There were 16 cases who improved significantly,12 cases who improved,and 12 cases who were ineffective in the control group.The total effective rate in the observation group and the control group were 90.0%and 70.0%respectively.The difference of the clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Before the treatment,the levels of sex hormones in both groups was not significantly different.After the treatment,the levels of serum LH,FSH,T and LH/FSH and FINS in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and those in the control group（P〈0.05）.E_2 level was significantly higher than that before treatment and that in the control group,there was significant difference（P〈0.01）.After the treatment,the ovulation induction rate was 75.0%（30/40）in the observation group.The ovulation induction rate in the control group was 50.0%（20/40）.There were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Metformin combined with diane-35 in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the level of sex hormones,and promote ovulation induction rate and pregnancy rate,which is worthy of promotion and application.
